Captain of the Tempest pirate vessel, one of the eight artifacts somehow central to the integrity of reality itself. Together with SPI agents, facilitated a “heist” of the Cornucopia, to protect it from a vaguely defined future “calamity” prophesied by Melora, goddess of storms and the sea.

Pirate captain who accepted Callie’s rum-drinking challenge, then cast a spell to sober up while she stayed tipsy, and regaled the agents with stories of his magic ship. He was the third guest called in to negotiate.

Called in to negotiate, he instead jumped on a table and made a public offer: if he won the potion, Stormcloud would get on his boat, he’d fix the elves’ Tree, recover Invictus’s book, tell the SPI what happened to its missing agents, make Orbach a pirate, and give Tremere nothing. Then he stomped out.
