Priscilla Stormcloud

Priscilla Stormcloud is a noted historian who organized an “auction of divine potential” at the manor of her friend and colleague Timor Invictus (Case 07: Hazard and Harbingers). Her stated goal was to trade the vial, which she claimed she could not use herself, for an item of commensurate power, which she planned to study in an effort to repair the Flux.

Unfortunately, the divine essence exploded, and she has not been seen since. She might be a demon now…

Chronicle

07e01: Sent Mallory an invitation to an auction at the sanctum of T. Invictus, signed “P. Stormcloud, MAI, MHA.” Callie and Bec knew her as the historian who wrote the definitive history of the Aecus Concord and the War of Countless Deaths.
07e02: Hosted the auction guests in the parlor of Invictus’s manor, where everyone, herself and Invictus included, swore a geas of good conduct for 24 hours. She revealed the prize: a potion that could turn its drinker into a god, which she herself could not drink.
07e03: Offered the SPI the vial in exchange for both of their artifacts, revealing that Cal’s sword pommel was the Arkenstone. She told Callie that the owner of the puzzlebox, the artifact of Knowledge, was in attendance. When flameskulls attacked, she shielded the agents with mass protection from energy and counterspelled the skulls’ fireball and flaming sphere.
07e05: Stayed with the body while others investigated the shrieking in the Preservatory; Orbach slipped away from her unnoticed.
09e01: The twisted creature found eating Orbach’s heart in the Flux wore her clothes.
15e07: One of the three elves Vondal saw in the stained glass vision of the Flux’s creation.
