Freedom of movement benefits:
- You keep your Dexterity bonus to AC when impeded (see wounds/vitality).
- For any saving throw you would make to avoid having your movement impacted (e.g., vs paralysis, slow, web), you receive a +5 bonus to the roll.
- For grapple checks to escape a grapple or pin, you receive a +5 bonus to the roll.
- For effects that limit your movement with no save (e.g., solid fog), you can move an extra 5 feet, up to your normal movement (as though the effect weren't there).
- Allows for normal movement underwater as written.
