First mate of the Tempest pirate ship under Bram the Blithe. Impersonated her sister, Seirye Qin, and before that pretended to be an SPI recruit named Mary Reed. Together with SPI agents, facilitated a “heist” of the Cornucopia, to protect it from a vaguely defined future “calamity” prophesied by Melora, goddess of storms and the sea.

Posing as her sister Seirye, she pressed the agents to steal the Cornucopia, and stormed off when Freki interrogated her. When they refused the heist, she summoned Bram the Blithe with her bracelet of friends, and was revealed as Anne “Bonny” Qin, first mate of the dreadnought Tempest: the time travel story was a ruse, though she insisted Melora had foretold a great calamity.

Brought the history book with the group ritual, and the scroll of teleport, used to send the Cornucopia away. Dreading another week in the desert, she asked Bram whether they really had to slog back, and they teleported to the Tempest with the agents instead.
