Chronicle
- 15e09
Rubinia Elka said Lorelei was still trapped beneath HQ’s basement.
- 16e02
Audreth shared his memory of her, and Bec recognized her as the woman on the throne in the tower she had seen in the mirror shards.
- 16e04
Sat on the tower’s throne as the Raven Queen, granting a spirit’s petition, called Cassandra “Mother?”, and claimed Audreth as her servant, intent on restoring the place to its former glory. She banished Rafflesia Wildfall and told the unbelieving agents to begone.
- 16e05
According to Audreth, her dream had inspired their mission: entering the Flux through a rift beneath the Mountain, they would succeed.
- 16e06
Found asleep in a bedroll at the agents’ campsite, withered, a Flux tentacle attached to her and a dream journal with torn-out pages in her hand. Freed by Cassandra’s dispel magic, she woke from a strange dream (“It worked. It really worked!”), asked for her scythe and her sister Rubinia, and came along, enchanting her scythe with necromantic magic to fight the Demogorgon.
- 16e07
Strode up to Megaera and ordered her to die, swinging her scythe; as the Fury rose into the air, Lorelei unleashed the scythe’s full necrotic power on her.
- 16e08
Her scythe sliced reality, setting the ground ablaze, and she was impressed by the undead Demogorgon’s power. Not being SPI, she was unprotected when the Flux washed over them, and her fingers turned to claws until Cassandra held her fast, stopping the change, to her protest: “It’s nothing I can’t handle!”
- 16e09
Joined the fight against Nondal (“Why are we killing this guy?”), landing a hit with her scythe, and was disappointed when he vanished. She dismissed doppelgangers as apocryphal, and refused the portable hole. That night at HQ, she moaned in her sleep, and woke in agony, her flesh covered in sores leaking Flux.
- 17e00
Woke screaming, covered in Flux sores: Fluxwarp, said Rubinia. Callie’s heal closed the sores, and Freki’s cloak stabilized her, which she found much better. She said she was “sort of” the Raven Queen, and had her own ideas. In the night, she turned invisible and left with Rubinia, wearing the cloak, promising to return.
- 17e06
In a vision Callie received through the raven cloak, Rubinia contained the Flux within Lorelei through necromantic surgery, leaving her stable but with sharp teeth, claws and scars: “Amazing,” she said.
