A cloud giant wizard who was once part of Hyperion’s court. He was exiled from giant society after being even more of an asshole than most giants.
Subsequently, Rhyzophus gathered up similar malcontents—especially those with magical powers—and formed a cult called Ordning’s Downfall, which plotted a rebellion against the giant ruling class. Fortunately for giantkind’s status quo, the SPI was there to stop them.

According to Grohnea, a cloud giant enchanter once of Hyperion’s court, exiled for being even more of an asshole than most giants, who leads Ordning’s Downfall: malcontents, especially magical ones, plotting rebellion against the giant ruling class from the Storm Stables, protected by wards against storm giants. Grohnea said he was in it for personal gain.

Seen by Ozborn casting magic on a behir’s eggs and taking one away; according to Kavaki, he takes certain eggs “down below” to a hot spring carved with ancient runes, and his followers include giants he ensorcelled.

Took the bait: Kavaki brought him Ozborn’s dagger, said to be found near the elephant, and he carried it to the electric hot spring chamber, where he floated in a column of water amid rotting behir eggs. When Ozborn teleported in with the agents in the portable hole, he was not alone: Verthandi, Skalfang and twin giants attended him. “KILL THEM!” he ordered, blasting the agents with chain lightning, resonating their magic items, and the weight of ages of giant oppression, as a corrupted storm burst from one of the eggs.

Seeing the battle turn, he retreated into his column of water (“Discretion is the better part of valor… You will all suffer for this”), and floated up it, until Ozborn grabbed him and Freki killed him; he fell partly into the lava.
